Here is a simple version of a mini brunch, made for one. Some other variations of this you can make is to add your favourite fruits or vegetables. Something which I recommend it to add chopped tomatoes on your avocado toast or adding some chili flakes on top! INGREDIENTS:

Tacos are a classic and simple dish which can be dressed up or down, anyway you would wish. For these tacos I have decided to use Soy Meat instead of beef, chicken or other.
